A Collaborative Approach
Collaboration is a key component of our mission. At United Against Poverty of St. Lucie County, we advocate a “more is more” approach. We believe that the more agencies we can partner with and the more services and resources we can make available on-site, the more we can help those who are hidden, hungry and hurting in this community.
Through these partnerships, we can maximize our impact and better reach and serve those in need in this community.
If you are interested in becoming a Provider Partner, please contact Sean Howald at: showald@unitedagainstpoverty.org
Florida Department of Children and Families
Specializes in Public Assistance
For more than a decade, the Florida Department of Children and Families Office of Economic Self-Sufficiency has partnered with UP St Lucie County by offering the ACCESS Florida program on-site. Those who do not have reliable internet or need additional assistance can visit our campus and complete the online application to apply for or maintain benefits. Being part of DCF’s Community Partner Network helps strengthen the lives of families in the community by making services and resources readily available.
